The scientific evidence is clear. Climate change is happening. It is driven by us, and it threatens human wellbeing worldwide. Effective collective action could tackle the risks and result in a cleaner, greener and more prosperous world. Yet progress is limited and the discussion in the media can be difficult. The lecture will aim to outline why this is so, and what we can do about it.

The lecture will be chaired by Dr John Bowman.
